Our Approach
Our work spans community-based projects and field-based ecological research. We conduct applied wildlife and conservation research that addresses real-world management questions, primarily using non-invasive techniques, such as genetic analysis of wildlife scat to identify species and diet.
In partnerships with Indigenous communities, we weave conventional research methods with Indigenous Research Methodologies and Traditional Ecological Knowledge.
This approach produces actionable science that directly informs wildlife conservation and decision-making, translating research into outcomes that support environmental stewardship.
